Hello,

I am trying to buy a house in the 89183 zipcode near St.Rose and Maryland. Can anyone tell me if this is a good neighborhood?

Thanks

This is a new, suburban area. It might not be entirely built out yet, but it will be in the next few year for sure.

i live in 89123, which is north of 89183, 89183 is a little too south for me and less convenient, but it is still a good area, just stay north of St. Rose, otherwise there is a lot of traffic south of St. Rose...Maryland/St. Rose is a good place to start, also Bermuda is nice as well...
