I don't know why he said that, I think its a great area. He might just be upset because its not in the NW, lol...

Don't be a wise guy kid. St. Clair is a very nice classy apartment complex. It may however not be an exact match to the requirements of a 28 year old single guy.

To the point. The south strip condos. Manhattan and Park come to mind. There is a somewhat cheaper and closer in at Sedona on the Blvd. All of these border on Las Vegas Blvd. Serene and Agate are the cross streets. Should be able to find many on Realtor.com. If you can't find them drop me a note with the price range and I will send them to you.

So, having done a little more stud-yin...

Which are has more 25-35 year olds, decent community, nightlife, local bars, etc?

Summerlin?
Henderson?
South of Strip area?

IMO, South Strip or Southern Summerlin has more 25-35 year olds than Henderson.
