My Iggies HATE the cold. I doubt that they'd case a ball if I threw it in the back yard. It could be 110 degrees outside, and the'd still probably bury themselves under the blankets!

Default Lone Mountain Snow

Here is a view of the snow that fell just behind Lone Mountain just west of 215. I measured about 4" of that beautiful white stuff that I thought I left behind in Iowa.

Well, you can always head back to NJ and deal with the snow, ice, rain, humidity, high taxes, corruption, etc., or you can deal with the one day of snow that LV gets every few years. Which makes the most sense in your mind??

There may be another storm on Wednesday. Check Caltrans for updates. Enter I-15 in the search window, and/or click "Mountain Highways" in the column on the left.

Geez, we hope you are joking. It does snow once or twice a year here. It actually gets cold at night in the winter. It always has, it always will. If you want warmer temps all the time, go to the South Pacific.
