Thanks!
I did that type of tile in my shower. Got it on clearance at bedrosians.

Generally a very nice place. Extremely well maintained infrastructure. Nice community pool and facilities. HOA somewhat hard nosed but not a general problem.

Some variation from tract to tract. More expensive one very nice gated often with waterfront. Lesser ones can get a touch seedy. There are normal houses that front the lakes but they get a healthy premium. Some houses need a redo but many have been done. Note the area used for the lakes has led to small lots with small backyards. Often a pool mostly fills it.

One negative is the high school is very weak. If you have or will have kids in high school an alternative plan is a good idea.

We live nearby and often use it as a bypass even though slower because it is such a nice ride.

Thank you @lvmensch!
We went to a few open houses recently. We are specifically interested in Harbor Cove.

That is relatively high end. Unlikely for a first time buyer. $350,000 and upward...2500 up SF.

We are in dire need of a good landscape/yard maintenance company.

I looked in Angies List, but I'm never sure how many posts are plants. Makes me nervous about choosing some for quotes.

Anyone have a company they trust?

Thanks.

Call Showcase Landcare. My home watch guy recommended them to me after I got fed up with my old landscaping service. Been pretty happy so far. Join Nextdoor and ask your neighbors.

Holy cow!! Doesn't mean I wouldn't use them, but I'm certainly not going to their website.
