Some variation from tract to tract. More expensive one very nice gated often with waterfront. Lesser ones can get a touch seedy. Note the area used for the lakes has led to small lots with small backyards. Often a pool mostly fills it.
One negative is the high school is very weak. If you have or will have kids in high school an alternative plan is a good idea.
We live nearby and often use it as a bypass even though slower because it is such a nice ride.
