I'll cross my fingers and toes for you that you get it.
One good thing about that location, it won't be far from your first job so the commute will be easier on you.
If you can handle it, a good full time job would be at Trader Joe's. You have to be fast and energetic. And they pay pretty good too with perks. It is right across the parking lot from that Kmart.

I went into that Trader Joes actually. It was much smaller than I expected. I have put in apps several times to no avail. Same with Whole Foods. I need to talk to my boss at Vons and see if it would not be a conflict of interest to work for them AND KMart. If it is a conflict of interest but K Mart offers better hours and pay, bye bye Vons

Did you sign a confidentially agreement or not to moonlight agreement when you started at Vons. I would not worry them caring about you picking up extra hours at Trader Joes. You’re not a executive spilling trade secrets to the competitor.

In an earlier thread which is now closed I said the talk about the military was kind of scary. I realized that remark didn't make sense without an explanation. Now someone has sent me a link that explains what I was thinking. I don't know who this guy is but I think I'd vote for him for president if he wanted to run, He was asked what is the greatest threat to the U.S. at this time. He has more to say, but that one issue is enough.

Anyone who would let Sarah P get that close can't be too smart.
