I'm taking any and all advice here!
We're possibly moving to the Las Vegas area (Nellis) and are going to be in the market for a newer home. Our budget maxes out at $225K.
We'd want to be as close to Nellis as possible but in a good neighborhood/area with good schools. Is that at all possible? We're also entertaining Henderson.
Any advice? We've never even stepped foot in Las Vegas. Currently living in Japan and it will be good to setlle in one spot for a few years.
For what its worth, our kids will be 9, 6 and almost 1.
Thanks!
-Sabrina

The mantra for Nellis is north of Craig west of I15.

For strong schools you might go well west. 89143,89131,89130,89084.

Henderson can work but makes a more difficult commute. Nice Henderson is much more expensive than nice North/NW.

Your budget is fine. Buy you a nice 2500SF house in a good school.

Thanks! The specific ZIP codes are going to help-and I definitely plan to follow the mantra! This makes me feel a little more relieved.
