We just moved here and decided to rent in Hanover township after looking in the Easton, Bethlehem area. Disappointed to see the quality of construction available for the prices for an area that is supposed to be reasonable. Are there any "custom" builders in the area? Do any of the builders here put trim in the houses? Are there any newer neighborhoods that the builders leave the trees or are not built in fields? Have seen these kinds of neighborhoods in older sections of Bethlehem. We were trying to stay closer to NJ b/c of work commute. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My dad works in the building supply industry and recommends Anthony Builders, here is their website:
Anthony Builders, Inc. - Quality Craftsmanship. Custom Design - Home

They have a small subdivision near me called Janson Woods which would probably suit you, although the commute may be out of your range.

Depends on what your looking for and you price range. There are several custom builders, as for not building in fields since there is a ton of farmland that is being developed its hard to find that new community that would be nesseled in trees.

Thanks
Jeff
