Can anyone tell me about the condos in this area have been reading some about "ridings at brookside" was also wondering about "Fairways At Brookside" and "Meadowyck". Any info would be helpful about how it is taken care of and what kind of shopping is in the area what the fees are
thank you

Default Condos

Condo living is very hard to give a perspective on becasue all of these will give you a different type from one community to the next.

Meadowyck is $200 a month
Ridings is $118.62 a month
Fairways is 137.00 a month

I would check them all out and get a good idea for yourself, its the only real way to evaluate condo living.

Thanks
Jeff

Are you sure The Ridings is only $119? I could swear I went to an open house there last year and the monthly fee was over $200.

I've never lived in a condo before. How often do HOA's increase? Is Meadowyck in a nice, safe area? Thanks!

As for the shopping in the area, I currently live in the Brookfield Apartments on Brookfield Circle. Within walking distance in the summer or a quick drive in the winter is a Weis, Wine and Spirits, Armetta's (great Italian food and pizza), Half Moon chinese food, Domino's, a dry cleaner, a beer distributor, a CVS, a hair salon, a barber shop, the Pub on Main, a couple random shops in town, and a couple pizza places.

Within a short drive you can get to Emmaus with South Mall which has a decent amount of stores. Home Depot is about 15 minutes away.

North you can get to the Walmart about 10 minutes away and a nice group of other stores...

Google maps is good for seeing what is in the area.

Depends on the bylaws of the community....but Normally they are figured on an annual basis.
