Looking at listings on the MLS: it appears that everything west of Dale, south of Montauk and west of the County Park are Connetquot. Everything east of Dale on the north side of Montauk until AFTER the County Park After the park both north and south sides Montauk) is Sayville schools.

Regardless if there are or are not school age children in that area, the Connetquot Central School District does go to the Bay, huh?

They still are paying taxes to a school district --whether or not they are year round, retirees or actively employed. It falls within the Connetquot school district for taxing purposes.

Besides -- no summer communities on LI have ever become year round, right?
