More than a few hypocritical discrepancies in what health insurance will cover. They'll cover Hypnosis/Biofeedback as a legitimate alternative therapy for pain management, but not, say, Meditation or Faith Healing. Fine line they're walking there!

That's not what I said. My point was that no one knows for sure whether it's real or not since no one has 'lived' to tell.

I understand why this discussion is taking place. I can certainly understand questioning the validity or lack thereof of mediums but what I don't understand is why it can't be done without snide comments. That was my point.
