I know this question has been asked over and over, but it is time to renew the oil contract. I am giving up on my company(Taylor) after several years. Does anyone have any suggestons for a reliable, trustworthy, affordable supplier? I will probably purchase a contract. Am I asking too much?

I'll always disagree with you on this one. 2 overfills (1 outside, 1 inside) and having to wait to 1AM for a repair man when the heat broke was enough for me

I guess we've had different experiences - apparently it happens 'Sorry to hear about yours.
In my case, even Holiday or weekends or nights--within 3 hours someone was there.

Mind you I called at 9AM that day for no heat/hot water. Repair man showed up 1AM overnight.
