Bus to NYC from Nassau (department stores, buses, safety)

Can someone recommend a professional, clean bus company with good safety records of course-- that takes people into Manhattan in the morning, and leaves the city in late afternoon/evening? thanks :-)

What part of Nassau are we talking about? There's a commuter bus that runs along the LIE, I believe. I think the lot is at exit 36. Can anybody correct/verify this?

I'm looking for those bus companies that pick up from libraries or big department stores, that are like private tour buses and comfortable.
