Salisbury commuting to the city (Hempstead, Wantagh: living in, station, park)

Hi People who is living in the Salisbury,
Can they get a permit to park Westbury St?
If not, which station they use with permit?

You can get a permit, but according to the Village website it is $300 for non-residents of the village (it doesn't specify the time frame, but my guess would be for 1 year).

Unless you live within walking distance (NW sections near Old Country Road) most likely opt to go from a Town of Hempstead lot. The permit is $3 for the year, but from Salisbury you would need to go down to Wantagh or Bellmore.
