Probably no differently.
I was looking at some LIMLS listings to view last weekend. I saw one house which really appealed to me.. and wrote down the address. Wanting to show it to my better half, I pulled the listing up online.. only this time through Redfin....... and that's where I saw the comment by the Redfin agent that the 30+ year old home had an underground oil tank.
That explains the little lower than market price (emphasis on little)... and DOM.
