Actually, I think a good "retro-vation" could make this house a very nice, relatively unique home on an otherwise repetitively bland street.

I *do* like the creativity of the description. The world needs more optimists!
Usually when "certain" upgrades are done to a property that will often start changing 2 or 3 digits to 4 digits.

It will be fixed eventually. It does say 59 Beach on Google Street View. But that was just after Sandy. But all the realtor pics seem to show 59. Zillow address part only shows 2637 Beach Dr. Address on door is not legible for me. But I a sure they will change it before the Open House tomorrow.

Either way I think it will be OTM over the weekend. It is S. Merrick after all. Who knows maybe even the buyer will offer to purchase homes next to it. Corner?

The ad was ridiculous but I thought the house was very nice inside. The outside makes you think otherwise but once I saw the renovated inside I liked it.
