Cesspools are even banned in some countries!

Do you pump it yourself? Since you take care of it and not the govt? Or do you hire somebody?

In the last forty years I have lived in a house that needed the cesspool pumped once. I hired someone to do it for $225. That was only because I had a bad water valve that was running water into the system, unbeknown to me. How much have you paid in taxes for your sewage system in that time?

The Gov. Hahaha. Let me get this straight. You would rather have your lawn cave in over having a sewer system??? Ohhh boy. Would you like Wells also? Buckets to carry your water from your pond? Oh my.

Most places don’t have very sandy soil like LI that acts as a giant filter.
