Redfin is pretty good about showing accurate sales history. It's a high ranch, what a terrible style house 1/2 your house partially underground and it has no basement. Only thing worse are those hideous capes and detached garages. Builders over the last 25 years got it right colonials and sprawling ranches.
The
I dont use Redfin much, thanks

If you had a choice, which one would you pick? You have a septic system because you had no choice.
Given the choice of a system I control mechanically and financially or a system the government controls mechanically and financially and I am taxed for, hands down I would pick the septic system every day of the week. Why would I not?

You bringing the government into this? Haha the government is why you have no sewer now.

Do you pump it yourself? Since you take care of it and not the govt? Or do you hire somebody?
In the last forty years I have lived in a house that needed the cesspool pumped once. I hired someone to do it for $225. That was only because I had a bad water valve that was running water into the system, unbeknown to me. How much have you paid in taxes for your sewage system in that time?
The Gov. Hahaha. Let me get this straight. You would rather have your lawn cave in over having a sewer system??? Ohhh boy. Would you like Wells also? Buckets to carry your water from your pond? Oh my.
I wonder how much the real estate bubble burst in 2007 caused the home's value to drop, along with the fact that it looks like it was lived in by pigs.
