Hi:

Some of these costs depend on where you live. I'm in a slightly smaller house, 2250 sq feet. in the village of Rockville Center. Answers in color below

Homeowners Insurance (not near water) - 1810/yearly through SF
Landscaping (assume a 70 x 100 lot)- in a 63 x 198 lot, I pay $140/mo
Electric- 120/bi-monthly. Service is through village and is lower than LIPA
Heating (diff between oil and gas?)- I've had oil and spent upwards of 3000 back in 2016. Did Oil to Gas convo, and now paying on average 200-300 during winter months, and 100-150 during non-winter months. With gas I have never crossed over 2000 yearly since converting. I also have gas dryer/stove factored into heating
Water- 300-320 per yr.
Sanitation- covered in property tax.

Cable/Phone/TV/Internet: $150/Monthly
Auto Insurance: 180/monthly
