Asians have taken over most of western Nassau in last decade.
True.
I was exploring Florida a few weeks ago for a possible future move. The first thing you notice when you leave the Queens/Nassau area to other parts of the country: Lack of Asians. I mean it's like they don't even exist. I literally didn't see one during my 4 days in the Ft. Lauderdale are.

There are a lot of Asians in the Boston area. They are buying up whole streets in Cambridge
and Somerville . And, they pay CASH !

Asians only make up less than 3% of the FL population. The Asian population is very low in much of the south and parts of the Midwest
However if you dig down into details it is easy to see why; Asians go where there are good to excellent public (and perhaps private) k-12 schools. That is usually their first priority.
Hi we are a young couple looking for a Jewish community but not a religious community. We are wondering what Manhasset is like now? Thank you!
You will be fine in Manhasset. It's lovely. Good schools, shopping and close to NYC. Good friends of our family lived in Muncey Park in the 70s and 80s. They had no trouble there and were not steered by anyone, and that was a long time ago.
Jewish is a religion so it will be religious if you live near them. I do know that long island does not have christian comunitys like they do have other places and that mostly it is cathlic or people do not h ave faith there.
It is more complicated than that. I don't think have a feeling that you grew up among Jews, or understand the nuances involved.
My husband goes to Temple twice a year, if that. He wants to know that there is a Jewish Center in the area, and that he is not the "only one".
