Learned the Greenwood Village retirement community in Manirville requires all cash because these are modular homes on annual land leases which is horrible. You allegedly own your home but still have to hold your breath every year waiting to see if the land lease will be continue and for how much¿ In addition to high HOA fees, why would anyone buy there,¿ Doe anyone know if there or near the area or orhercother communities not built on land earned by actuire party
