If elected, Mazi Pilip counts as a Democrat representative. She still hasn't given a good enough reason why she hasn't changed from Democrat to a registered Republican. She's had elected office for over two years and didn't change, and she can still change parties before February 14 in order to vote in the primary but she hasn't done that. Clearly she has a reason for staying a registered Democrat and for that reason she can't be trusted by Republicans. She also has said if Trump is convicted she wouldn't support him. She's a Democrat who may not be as extreme as Suozzi but she's a Democrat.
She already said she is going to change her registration after the election. That being said I don’t think she’s a great pick at all. But I don’t think she’s some Dem sleeper agent either

And Pilip is ....that's right, nobody knows much about her because she won't take a stand or answer anything. But we know she misrepresented her financials, great start.
