Buy a 3 bed/2 bath house, or 4 bed/1 bath house? (Levittown: for sale, real estate)

Well, different people want different things in a house. I don't want to turn this into a discussion about having 1 bathroom vs. having 2 bathrooms. I'm just asking about the differences in houses.
Also, I'd like to know--if you added a bathroom on the second floor of a Levitt house, how much was it and how'd you set it up?
Yes--We will not live with just one bathroom for more than a couple years. There's no question we would put it in.
Unless you have the cash to do it NOW, I wouldn't recommend buying a house with only 1 bathroom when you really want 2. What if your taxes go up in a couple of years and then you can't afford to put the bath in? What if other expenses get in the way?
I would prefer the 3 BR/2 BA option, especially since it's just the two of you. Less to heat and the bath is already in.
You better check Town of Hempstead regs on adding second bath.

You better check Town of Hempstead regulations on adding a second bathroom. They have been holding up people's projects because of issues with overloading the sewer system.
