Rent seems a little towards the higher side, but depends on a lot of other things....
where is it ? Any utilities included ? If not, then is it electric heat ? Cooking is gas/electric ? how far from LIRR, LIE other roads ? How close to shopping ?

That actually sounds a bit low depending on where the condo is. 2 bedroom apartments in complexes are going for $1500-1700 in Suffolk, and that's with 1 bathroom and no basement.

I would say it sounds a bit low, but really depends on where it is. Nice area, probably a little low, bad area probably a little high. Also depends on size.

I would assume that would include heat maybe water and nothing else, at least under normal apartment style conditions would be if it were a stand alone.

It's a three floor townhouse/condo that's totally updated, brand new CAC and heating, new kitchen and bathrooms. The development is like 1 min from the LIE. The rent includes the common charge for the
development which also includes the water and sewer charge

Condos are like anchors right now, impossible to move. My sister was thinking of buying one but backed out - the market for condos is just dead and if you really need to sell you should cut your price accordingly. Good luck!
