I did it today. They honored it. It's 10 bucks and they need to stop the bleeding.
Called last night, gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes at 11:30 pm. just called em again, got through, they told me no deal even after I told them I could not get through yesterday. Spoke to a manager, still no deal. I've been with them 19 years and I am done.
