2012 is the year for Domsey to try some new neighborhood bars. I'll go anywhere in LA County (except the Colorado Bar in Pasadena, for reasons which will not be disclosed here). Any recommendations? I prefer a great jukebox, good company, and not to get hit in the teeth with a motorcycle chain.

the speak easy in santa monica is probably the diviest bar on the west side i've ever been to. you can also try del's saloon in west LA or the sports harbour in marina del rey.

Tony's in Downtown fits the bill, I think. It isn't in the best area but is filled with all the 20 and 30 somethings that live in the lofts and want a break from the $15/drink bars popping up in every other building now. It has a pool table and darts.
