It's a blog of all the homicides that occur in Los Angeles. Compton still looks like a dangerous place. Many of the homicides are in the south central area. Crime is actually down in LA county even in the bad areas. It's better than it was in the early 1990s.

Many of the homicides are mexican gang related and in the south central area. Compton, Long Beach, and Northridge are hot spots for crime.
