One of the biggest homeless populations in the WORLD. I have never seen such a high concentration of homeless in the Latin American cities I have been to.

Both LA and NYC have become extremely inexpensive and unaffordable for many to live in, combined with public policies such as the war on drugs have brought us to this terrible state.

Yup. When the liberals voted to have winters without snow in LA, they should have known it would attract bums from all over the country.

Not everyone is a "bum"some are war veterans,others simply have a job that don't pay enough.Their many reasons why people ended up in that situation just because you have a job,home,etc doesn't mean you are better then them,we are all one pay check away from being homeless
