Just curious - is English your native language, and did you grow up speaking English (and in the United States)? Your use of the language includes repeated errors which often are found in people from Eastern Europe who are not entirely fluent in English: omitting articles before nouns, failing to use plurals, and so on.

If I am correct about this, it leads me to ponder if your understanding of American law (including common law and civil conduct) might be similarly flawed...particularly as much of Russia-dominated Eastern Europe was dog-eat-dog during the Cold War era, and such ways tend to persist, even when outdated as survival techniques.

In any case, making a nuisance of yourself and irritating others, be they library staff, management, or patrons, simply because you claim you are fulfilling your First Amendment rights, is hardly civil, considerate, or designed to endear you to anyone who encounters you behaving so invasively, disruptively, and rudely.

Yes i am native speaker, well as native as i could get. Born in LA, grew up in BH, moved to AZ and now back in LA. I do free writing online, which means i do not proofread what I write.

Just because staff does not like the activity does not mean it's disruptive, rude etc being it's constitutionally protected activity.
