According to LinkedIn, the top destinations for leaving Los Angeles seem to be Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Austin. Obviously people still desire their sunshine and warmth, they just don't want the headaches. Decreased taxes and regulations are nice too. What say you?

Moreno Valley, good home prices that are never overcharged.

Right now, I'm content splitting time between SoCal and Flagstaff. I'm leaning toward AZ as my permanent home.

I thought you were moving to AZ?? Austin is surprising I thought more people would move to Oregon. Austin is nice though.

I am considering either moving to Arizona or Texas.

Looking for a second home in S Carolina or Georgia or Tennessee. Where I can get 5 + acres, a decent house, maybe a pool, and enough room to build a tennis court. Happy as a clam.
