I bought my condo about 10 yrs and and just for laughs I checked out rentals in my zip code and was shocked to see how expensive places are to rent out.
1100 up for a one bed rm apartments.
Whew, I don't know how people afford to live anymore. I saw some basic looking 3 bd houses going for 2200 and up.
Man I'm glad I bought when I did.
Anyone else surprised by the price of rentals. Even in this down economy.
