One of my relative is looking to move to a safer neighborhood wants to rent a place in torrance. However, i couldn't find any information on a apartments/houses bulletin or a central area that list which one support section 8. Since i lived in El Segundo, i went over to Torrance city hall and they told me there is no central list of section 8 at all. Beside calling random places on craiglist and ask if section 8 accepted, does anyone know?

And thanks for all the reply in advace!
