Imagining that skid row in concept can’t just be dissolved and disappeared, where exactly would you move it?

This would allow DTLA to maximize its potential.

Imo, if it has to stay in the central area, I would move it SW in the area centered at the crossroads of East Washington and Long Beach ave. I’m sure there will be unhappy people, but Skid Rows current location is far more destructive.

You cant "move" skid row or the homeless there so this entire thread is just a play in fiction. But, I'll play along with you on your fictitious hypothetical fantasy thread - Move it to Vernon. Still close, still in central LA. Like near the old Sears tower or the Farmer John slaughterhouse.

I would move it right next door to the mayor's house, along with smaller skid row communities next to every city council members house.

But having a tent city in Venice beach is just so much more believable. Homeless tree houses on La Cienaga is just fantasyland thinking. Lol

Vernon is an idea, though the homeless might see it as beneath them.

The Mayor and city council where in charge and not activist judges, interest groups and the national DNC, you might have a point.

I would move skid row and all the homeless onto a ship and have the ship sail out to sea. Let them make it there in the ocean with all the storms and high seas. LOL

Can someone explain this desire to punish people for having no place to live?
