I know Bedico Creek in Madisonville La. went bust several years back when the original developer who planned a golf course went financially under.
Ive heard a very reputable developer is now in charge and plans to make it alot of walking paths and fishing and lakes and green space instead of golf.
I hear good things. The homes there are beautiful.

Does anyone have any feedback good or bad... is Bedico Creek a good place to live or consider purchasing a home, or should i avoid the area?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and please if you could give me opinion supporting your comment that would be great!

Default Bedico Creeks 2015

Bedico Creeks is so beautiful now. The developer has put in nature walking paths, ponds and gorgeous landscape, especially on the entrance street. There are garden homes starting around $250,000 and houses ranging into the million dollar range on larger lots. The neighborhood has had significant amount of construction in the past 2 years and looks like a completely different neighborhood. If anyone is interested in looking in this neighborhood or in the Madisonville area, please contact me at LStumpf@gardnerrealtors.com

I lived there during my high school years (24 years ago) and my dad still lives there. I think it's a great place to live. It's still small town life, very quiet, no crime, etc. It's clean and has some very nice homes there and the great schools are a plus.
