Does anyone have information on the lofts at 18 Park Street in Saco? Pros/cons welcome; we're thinking about buying one but certain details only current owners or friends of owners would kow. Thank you in advance.

I really dont know a great deal......but I go to church on school street in Saco and that isnt so very far from there.....I love Saco and that area......I know someone at church who lives in a "loft" within walking distance and he likes where he lives.....I dont know if it is the same complex. Saco is a really nice community. Good Luck.

Default thank you

I read that you live in Gorham: any thoughts on Bonny Eagle Pond in Buxton? We're also looking at a place right near the lake and I can't find much about boat traffic, water quality, etc. Seems too small for much boating. Also any thoughts about the town of Buxton welcome. Thank you again.

I really dont know Buxton very well....dont even know its boumdries...we drive thru it every week once or twice since it lies betwen us and Saco...the part we drive thru is pleasant rural roads.....I remember our realtor warning us that Buxton property is "uneven" meaning that there are some really nice houses/neighborhoods that are immediately adjacent to trailors and sub-prime real estate. That appears to be true....zoning problems.

There are parts of Buxton that are really beautiful farms and country homes...check it out.
