Default Housing needed in Lubec, ME

Hi Folks,

We are planning to build a new small home in Lubec, ME this year - my husband would like to find a place to stay during construction - small and clean with kitchen facilities - if anyone knows of a rental in this area please send me a Direct Message with specifics - references are available as needed - we look forward to having a place in Lubec to enjoy our remaining retirement years - he will stay by himself in July, Aug and Sept during the building process and I hope to join him next year in our small cottage near the sea.

Thanks a lot,

During the summer when the music school is in session, I would imagine rentals in Lubec ar hard to find. There were a few furnished cottages for rent last year, I just can't remember the name of one of them. Maybe it will come to me. I suspect they would rent it during the winter if someone was going to keep the heat on. I have some friends in Lubec on North Lubec Road that I will ask. They have a small business in Lubec and have summered there for years.

Housing that is seasonal is quite expensive. I found some housing, but they were very expensive. DM me if you want additional information. You might want to DM ADSLubec as they live in Lubec and would know a lot more about availability and price.
