Wow, there's a ton of things to see and do in Annapolis. Boats tours, walking tours of the historic district, you can see the Naval Academy. Tons of great food. You can't do it all in one day.

If you only have one day to spend in Annapolis I think the Naval Academy should be at the top of the list. I don't think there is any cost unless you want a guided tour. And as previously suggested, make sure you visit the Chapel. It is really beautiful inside and out.
I think there are helicopter tours which sounds like fun (and expensive). I have not tried that but I can come close with some aerial footage I took of Annapolis last November. It includes the
