Well insulting our culture cause it differs from yours makes you an sound like an uneducated person. I dont go to other places in this country then balb on their forums about how "uneducated and terrible" they are. If I dont like it I keep that to myself as culture shock is not their or my fault as we are just different.

Instead of insulting an entire culture ignorantly, just state " I didnt like it as I didnt fit in due to my beliefs in x, y, z" and leave it at that.

A few things I was told when I asked people about it.

"That place smells like chicken s**t"
"The only thing to do there is drink and drive an hour Ocean City

Thank you for posting these. These are exactly the stereotypical insults that many transplants in the metro part of our state spew about the rural regions of our state.

Ignorance towards those different from them, and elitism about there own life styles and formal education. You are a good representative and spokesman of your kind, hjhjhjhjhjhjhjhj.

A close-minded, intolerant liberal, who would have thunk it?

Honestly, if you think its conservative where you are now, you have NO IDEA how conservative it is here in Salisbury. The furniture store has "jesus is your savior" signs out front of it. Per capita the crime rate is worse than Newark NJ. Its weird because the people here are either in denial or they have just never been anywhere else to know how crazy it is here. If you have kids, the schools are HORRIBLE. Absolutely NO culture, There was a riot at the mall a couple of weeks ago, Purdue smells DISGUSTING especially in the summer. It is so backwards the way people think here it is unbelievable. TRUST ME stay away. Serious gang problem.

The hospital is PRMC (Peninsula Regional Medical Center) fyi and probably. There are a few religiously-affiliated local businesses on that block including a pharmacy and bookstore.

The furniture store has had that sign for years. PRMC huh? Some things change while some stay the same.
