In other words, you don't have a business.

Got it... but you know everything about how this will impact us.

I'm not getting in an argument about the definition of small business with someone who talks about stuff they don't know. Sounds like we are about to go down the Red Herring road.

But anyone who thinks this is "simple" don't understand small business and how these taxes could impact them...

Hate to be a wet blanket, but legally you have always been required to pay sales tax on internet and mail order purchases. If the seller did not collect it then you were supposed to include it on your state income tax return. Almost nobody does, but that's the law.
