What is the commute time from Towson to Aberdeen Proving Grounds? Is the interstate the best road to take?

For this commute, you would take 695 East to I 95 North. While I could imagine worse commutes for one to have, I don't imagine this one will be particularly pleasant.

Towson to APG is a 30-35 minute drive. 695 to I95 exit 85. Some traffic on 695 not much going against traffic on 95. Not a bad drive I do it regularly.
