I would suggest you take 270n-70w-68w-79n-70w

I take this trip every two months or so.. and that's the probably the fastest way. Second would be on the pennsylvania turnpike but it will cost extra..

Yep, that's it. I make that drive more frequently than I would like, but the route above is the way to do it.

Washington, PA is a good stopping-off point.

is 7 hours a good time? Can you get there faster than that? I'm taking a trip out there next week.

6-7 hrs is about right.. It normally takes me right around 9 hrs to get to where I'm from in Indiana (near cincinnati) so that's about right.

No faster way I don't think...

I second I-68. I think it's a more pleasurable drive than I-70 through PA. I'm not sure if it is longer by a few miles or not, but I feel it is mellower, less traffic.

It's probably about 30 or so miles longer than 70. (30 minutes)

Flying only takes an hour. Lovely. Since you gotta drive 7hs is right. I drive to my hometown of Cincy and its 9hrs (8) if we can floor it. Since my mom died last month I don't see myself going back anytime soon.

Yep.

Be alert: Ohio cops are sticks when it comes to speeding...so, slow down and look out.
