Can someone please tell me the current weather situation in Andover, MA? Are the government agencies still closing or they have re-opened again? And does the weather situation seems to get better or worse in the next few days? Thank you very much.

There is no current weather situation in Andover. Monday was a holiday and it's school vacation week. What "government agencies" are you trying to access?

Well, I'm not in Andover, but am on the North Shore. Situation is there is 90+ inches of snow on the ground. Main roads are pretty clear. Side roads are often narrow due to huge snowbanks, with some still snow covered. Street parking can be tough on many streets. You can get around okay, but it can be slower than normal. I'm not aware of any town/city or state agencies that are currently closed now other than school departments as they are on February vacation all week. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I really want to know if the IRS office in Andover is opened or not. I am filing an application with the IRS and part of the application has to be processed by the Andover office. I have been told they were closed last week, which has been delaying the process. I am praying that the office will be reopened as soon as possible so the processing can continue. Do you have any information about it? Thank you very much in advance.

There is no number to call. Looks like it is not an office that opens to public service. I believe they just handle internal processing works over there.
Are the other government agencies (the federal ones in particular) open in Andover (or areas in proximity)?

Then I would either call one of the other Massachusetts offices or the main IRS 1-800 number. Simply knowing the "weather situation" in Andover isn't going to tell you whether that specific office is open or not.

Nobody knows. Follow weather reports just like everyone else, and you will get general idea. It shouild be snowing again possibly, but how hard or light, is not clear at this stage.
