OMG that sounds like heaven. An open bottle of alcohol in Costa Rica Drink enough and you might be willing to believe anything.
What happens if you combine CNN and MSNBC ratings together and compare them to Fox? Fox is one channel. Do you think MSNBC takes away views from CNN and vice versa? Maybe it depends on who's on. I really like Cuomo on CNN. Ingram on Fox amuses me as well. Not all people have cable and FOX is available everywhere. If you combine all cable news networks with FOX which is the only right wing media station, which ratings would be higher? My guess would be all of the cable news programs vs FOX.

How many of these threads do we have to suffer through.

Let me repeat - we are talking here on the WWW. You know, the inter web.

CNN is in the top three on the inter web....period.

I suppose next we will measure newspapers by their print circulation.

But, humor me...in a time of cable cutting when most young and middle-aged person watch about Zero commercial TV (meaning the avg age is 60's for cable news), why should I care about entertainment hosts and ratings on these channels? Was Howard Stern being the biggest ever (puts ALL these to shame) indicative that Butts are more important than Hannity?

Fallacy of Relative Privation.

But you sound like a fellow who takes your "cable news" seriously.

A reasonable person can expect ratings to be discussed as long as they are a thing, do you need your safe space?

I'm not a FOX fan and I ditched CNN after over 20 years because their quality and coverage really went downhill. Personally, I think if they'd stayed somewhat middle of the road they could have held a niche there but they went pretty hard left and it may have worked for them a little initially but with the right watching FOX that means that you have Huffpo and 4-5 others fighting CNN for the left and that's a lot of competition.

Zero.

You don’t have to suffer through any at all.

You do realize these threads are all optional, don’t you?

There are many many threads that I choose not to open. Happens all the time.

I'm curious. Why are you clicking on something that makes you suffer?

Let me guess...you’re a loyal CNN watcher.

Well, for one thing FNC's 2 morning shows are apparently beating CNN in primetime.

What percent of CNN's audience do you think is comprised of other news media types? I think if they didn't watch CNN to report on what they are saying every few minutes, CNN would have no audience at all.
