I know of CBT but was intro'd to DBT today on phone w/ counselor. Can this help when mood issues, cause feeling of anxiety/depresion, & then emotional fear/reactions to those very scary anxious/depressed moods from health worries mainly, among others? Thanks again to clear this u for me.
