Ok, I came around with this more recent one: (and it's not a publix but a whole sale)

Scaled-down Met 3 downtown project revived

*Aside from the supermarket and garage, initial plans for Met 3 called for a fitness center that has now been scratched. So have designs for a 74-story residential component.


There was another link, predating this one, mentioning an 18 floor building.
