Overweight women: Some South Florida ob-gyns turn away overweight patients - South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com

Apparently the lawsuit rate is so high down there that doctors are turning away obese patients because they represent a higher risk.

Quote:
Fifteen obstetrics-gynecology practices out of 105 polled by the Sun Sentinel said they have set weight cut-offs for new patients starting at 200 pounds or based on measures of obesity — and turn down women who are heavier.

Higher risk of turning gay after being around too many of those women.

Hilarious considering Miami is infested with gross fast food restaurants on every corner and where healthy food is expensive (Publix, where shopping is anything *but* a pleasure). There aren't many real parks here or places for people to walk, run or cycle without being mowed down by some jacked up coke fiend. Address the root cause of obesity, then address the issue!

So true Miami has so many fast food. When I go jogging I hardly see anyone out exercising.
