What is that area called along NW 7th Ave. and N. River Dr.??? It's not Little Havana, is that Allapatah?

I believe that's still part of overtown, and Allapatah is further north, Little Havana is across the river. I highly recommend staying away.

Cuba, It's only a matter of time before Overtown crime finds its way to your Brickell condo, I would suggest you move to Broward.

Miami #3, Jax was #4, and Tampa and Orlando were also in the mix. All of our major metro areas were in the 25. I thought for sure Raleigh and Cary NC would be in the top 25. Miami was a big suprise, and Tampa, Orlando, and Jax too?

Overtown wasn't a surprise for me. Every city has a slum some of the cities got more than one on the rankings. No Detroit or D.C. that's a surprise.
