What is that area called along NW 7th Ave. and N. River Dr.??? It's not Little Havana, is that Allapatah?

I believe that's still part of overtown, and Allapatah is further north, Little Havana is across the river. I highly recommend staying away.

Cuba, It's only a matter of time before Overtown crime finds its way to your Brickell condo, I would suggest you move to Broward.

But when he steps outside, some of the people will still be speaking Spanish, plus white trash from Hollywood can come and burglarize his home.

Miami #3, Jax was #4, and Tampa and Orlando were also in the mix. All of our major metro areas were in the 25. I thought for sure Raleigh and Cary NC would be in the top 25. Miami was a big suprise, and Tampa, Orlando, and Jax too?

Overtown wasn't a surprise for me. Every city has a slum some of the cities got more than one on the rankings. No Detroit or D.C. that's a surprise.
