I was just reading on Yahoo real estate that now is the time to be a landlord, they say renters are in high numbers over people who own their houses, The thing is that Detriot and Cleveland are haveing a hard time keeping renters with no jobs.

Hmmm. That's a very interesting tidbid of a fact. I wonder which comes first -- the chicken or the egg (fired from jobs after they rent or rent and then get laid off?)

Well, the reporters just report what someone else told them. You know about the escalating levels of untruth: lies, d#mned lies, and statistics.

And thing's will continue to get rough until a change is made, both in the political arena of Michigan and the people's way of thinking.I believe though, the biggest problem Michigan faces is no visionaries. No one to take the helm and guide the ship through the reefs. Not one "leader"in Michigan can claim to be a visionary.Unfourtunately, this problem is consistant and won't stop until the people finally get tired of it,and decide starving isn't an option for them or their families. There is plenty of blame to go around on this matter,be it the religiuos backed republicans or the union backed democrats.A serious change is needed, and a new direction.Michigan could of all places, change the way for the country, for the future of America. What if,and this is a what if,an all-independent political group was elected into office,an entire state? What would the trend begin?Where could it lead? The sooner question's like these re asked and answered the sooner the will of the people will be done.
