Hey everybody,

I recently moved to Warren and would like to find a locally owned, high quality grocery store that has a good veggie and fruit selection (organic a plus). I don't mind a bit of a hike but closer is more convenient. Any suggestions?

Default Produce

There is a Randazzo's Produce in Warren. Nino Salveggios in St. Clair Shores, Rochester and Clinton Township. Vince and Joes are located in Clinton Township and there is one in Shelby Township. I believe there is a Westborn Market in Royal Oak. Whole Foods and Trader Vics are located in Troy and Rochester. The stores are pricey but the fruit and veggies are better than when purchased in the grocery store.

Hillers Market is a high-end grocer with about 7 or 8 locations in Oakland County. I believe the closest one to you is in Berkley. The meat dept, deli, and produce are top-notch!! To be honest, I'm not as familiar with the Berkley store as the Northville, Plymouth, and Commerce Twp. stores. Those are nice...

Joe Randazzo's Market may not be "high end" but you will get the freshest and best prices there. I believe there is one in Roseville, and I also believe there is one in Warren as one of the other posters said. Hiller's is a very nice grocery store and can be considered "high end" very nice quality products there that you cannot get anywhere else!

Go to the Royal Oak Farmers Market - it's just about to kick into high gear. In this day and age, it's as good if not better than the Eastern Market and you don't have to dodge panhandlers, stray dogs, and old people in walkers missing half their teeth.
