I mentioned it earlier but it seems to be getting lost in all the other advice you're getting. You need to seek legal assistance right away. You need to be represented at your ADSEP Board and you should not face this alone.
This along with medical and spiritual help will give you the best outcome to this situation.

Talk to a chaplain
Talk to mental health
Talk to the area defense counsel
Try to transfer to another job
Try to transfer to another branch
Try to transfer to guard or reserve
The military is not for everyone but sadly, commanders have too much power and some just don't care. You tell them you might hurt yourself and they've seen the story many times before, sadly.
However, they are in a very tough spot to make sure people are being taken care off but also not trying to skip out on their military obligation.
The help you need cannot be found on a message board. Go to mental health and let them know you can't do it. The commander must listen to mental health.
