Milwaukee's Hispanic population has increased considerably. However, Milwaukee has a very slight Black majority, around 39%. Whites make up 37% of the population, Hispanics make up 17% of the population, and Asians make up close to 4% of the population. Milwaukee is getting more diverse.

This is what I have noticed living the Atlanta area. There are quite a few Wisconsinites moving here. Among Whites moving here, I notice a slight majority are from either Green Bay or Appleton(I'm guessing Kimberly Clark has something to do with this because there is a Kimberly Clark facility in the Atlanta area). Every Black person I meet who is from Wisconsin was from Milwaukee.

Technically speaking it would be. I don't see Milwaukee becoming a "Hispanic" city, but simply more diverse than ever before.

Dallas and Houston are the only cities there where Hispanic outnumber every other ethnicity. I still dont know that I would call them Hispanic cities.

Hispanic city means it's a hub for immigrants and migrants from other states

That is your definition, as far as I can tell most people don't agree with that.

Lots of people are leaving this messed up state everyday - there are bound to be some Mexicans among them.
