What is the area of Burnsville like between 35W & 77 and North of 35E? Any comments on school district 191?

I used to live near here. It's a fine part of Burnsville, but sometimes gets a bad rap because it's older than it's south metro counterparts. There is also more temporary housing and apartments in this area. 191 is great, but once again lesser when compared to 196 and 194. It's great, it's just older, that's all. Great highway access too.
